Before you start, you should already be able to comfortably walk for 30 minutes. STEP CHALLENGE GOALS! Beginner Level: 2000 steps a day Level 1: 5000 steps a day Level 2: 10,000 steps a day Level 3: 15,000 steps a day Level 4: 20,000+ steps a day Challenge goal - to increase your overall daily steps using your fitness watch or smart phone. Aim to increase your steps each week. Take one rest day a week or reduce steps by 1 level one day a week. This is your chance to get healthy, lose some weight and feel better! Gradually increase your steps week by week and watch your fitness levels go up and body fat go down! You've got this!
